Inside the White House

We were pleasantly surprised by the announcement of Michael Smith as interior designer for the White House last week. Of all the names being thrown around as possible candidates (Nate Berkus or Darryl Carter) we didn’t hear much about Smith until late in the game. Known for balancing classic with modern, he seems to be a good fit for the White House private residences. Below are a few images of Smith’s work that you can find on his website.
