We’re excited to be a part of Washington Fine Properties Home & Design Weekend! It’s a great time to come in and check out the newest additions to our showroom floor. Places to go | Folks to know – DC
If you’re in The District and you haven’t made it over to Cork Market yet, you should definitely go…. now! Just kidding… but, you should try them soon. We don’t love them just because they’re on our block, but because everything is delicious and the staff is very knowledgeable about wine. For eats – try their organic gummy pandas, espresso brownie and turkey BLTA sandwich. For drinks – well their specialty is wine, so ask for suggestions of what to try from the Cork Market team.

Thank you #2 is for the folks that supplied us with the treats and drinks for our party – Hello Cupcake! and Cork Wine Bar. The cupcakes were a huge hit, especially the carrot cake and lemon flavors. If you haven’t been to Hello Cupcake! (located in Dupont) you must make a trip. The champagne from Cork was delightful, as was the Cork staff member pouring glasses for our guests. Now we’re even more excited for the new Cork venture, Cork Market (not to be confused with Cork & Fork – something totally different). If you’re out and about for the Dog Days Sale, stop by the spot where Cork Market will be opening up later this year for some lemonade (1805 14th St. NW).
