Hello!
As you can see from the photo, I painted an accent wall in my loft bedroom and I love it! (I was inspired by something I saw in a magazine). Now I’d like to add a side chair and decorative pillows to the space. I love color, but don’t want to go overboard. What kinds of textiles and finishes should I look for so that this small space won’t be too busy?

What a great wall! I would suggest putting a flat screen on the wall, instead of the TV that’s currently there… might free up the “metaphorical space” a little… not sure about a chair, but I could see adding a small work area, like a desk, to give the room more of a “functional” feel. But it also depends on how big the room is, and what’s on the side of the picture that we can’t see…
